Q: What kind of information do I need to provide when I make a room reservation thru Telephone, Email or Fax and Direct Booking?

Q: What type of Credit Card can you use?
A: We prefer Visa and Master Card.
Q: Have you received Booking Acknowledged?
A. after you have made a Reservation, you will received a Booking comfirmation voucher by emails, so it is important for you to fill in the correct emails address or inform us thru email, phone, fax and thru reservation system.
Q: What happen if i don't receive voucher?
A: Firstly, check your spam inbox of your email because sometimes the mail got sent to your junk box. if you still haven't found our voucher, you need to immidiently contact directly to our Hotel which you've made a reservation with. our Reservation department will be able to re-entry your new email into our system and resend your voucher. Please prepare your name or arrival date, ready upon informing.
Q: How do i get confirmation voucher if i did not book a room online or walk into book a room directly?
A. after you have made a Reservation with our staff thru telephone or fax and email, it is each of hotel policy's right to ask for your contactable Email Address for receiving a confirmation voucher from Hotel. it is compulsory only if you choose method to book a room thru telephone or fax. ( it is policy of each hotel weither to receive booking thru Telephone,Fax and Email or not eg.Sleep Withinn only received booking Internet Via Online Reservation System and Walk-In booking, Rikka Inn does not need Credit Card quaranteed and Khaosan Palace does not receive Walk-In Booking) please check more detail of Booking policy at each of hotel's website.
Q: How many type of booking via internet, we have?
A: 1.) Book now & Pay later method - This Method of Reservation require a email informing or phone informing of late check-in or valid Credit Card quanranteed until arrival date. It is advantage for Customer because Hotel will not charge any money before your arrival however hotel will not hold a room overnight if there are no kind of informing to us in advance and we have invalid credit card quaranteed.
A: 2.) Book with fully payment with or without discounted rate. - This Method of Reservation require payment first and Hotel will hold the room for you over night without needing your notice of late check-in.
Q: We choose a Book now & Pay Later method of Reservation but What happen if my Credit Card become invalid before arrival and i didn't inform Hotel of Late Check-In?
A: Book Now & Pay Later method of reservation belong to Navalai, Sleep Withinn, Rambuttri Village only. Your Reservation may be released to other customer after 22 p.m. ( for Navalai ). Please see specific time of check-in time from Hotel you booked with. Room may be released,
only if Credit Card is invalid and No Email to inform of late Check-In.
Q: Can i check in before 12 noon?
A: Normal check-in time is 2 p.m., you can only check-in if there are available room before normal check-in time without any fee.
Q: Can i check out after 12 noon without any payment?
A: No. Hotel reserve the right to charge 50% for late check out and 1 night room rate for late check out after 4 p.m. ( please see specific time on each of hotel's policy itself ).
Q: Why do i need to pay for key deposit, even if i already give my credit card number?
A: Hotels have received a large number of invalid credit card, Fraud credit card and insufficeint fund credit card everyday. eventhough you have given credit card number to hotel but Hotel reserve the right to keep key deposit by cash, to guarantee for all the things stay the same condition while you stay with us and to gaurantee that all policies has been followed correctly.
